Lauryn began running at a young age and went on to become an NCAA Academic All-American and set 5K and 6K records at Rollins College. After starting graduate school, she longed to compete again but was sidelined with a running injury after just a few short months of training. This led her to pick up swimming and before long, she fell in love with the sport of triathlon. Lauryn had a fantastic first year on the Snapple Team, where she ran PRs at every distance from mile to 10K and represented the USA in two multisport world championship events. She is looking forward to another great year in the orange and blue!
